Unaccepted forms of payment are PayPal or cash.
Returns (within 60 days)
New, unopened items that were purchased through VitaminExperts.com can be returned within 60 days for a full refund minus any shipping fees. If you are returning 10 or more of the same item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Any damaged or wrongly shipped products will be refunded with shipping costs, upon being returned to us. To process your return, the product must be returned to us, unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done. We request that a shipping method be used that can be tracked and insured. Empty bottles or bottles less than half full will not be credited unless there are reasonable circumstances. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order.
Please note that this return policy only applies to products purchased from VitaminExperts.com and from phone orders, but not from other websites or retail stores who carry the same product(s).

We consider any order over $200 or containing 10 or more of the same item to be a Bulk order. Any returns on Bulk orders will be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee. Any orders containing products damaged in shipping or wrongly shipped products will be refunded with shipping costs upon being returned to us. For us to process your return, the product will need to be returned to us unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.
