For those following a gluten-free diet, on the hunt for the best bread, look no further! Today, we want to introduce you to one of our best-selling bread mixes: Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix. Made using wholesome ingredients such as almond flour, arrowroot, flax meal, and tapioca starch, this bread offers the texture and flavor of a traditional loaf of bread without the unwanted additives. Enjoy this bread in a variety of forms, whether you have a sweet tooth, or love savory bread. Below, we offer two ways we love making this loaf!
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F and generously grease an 8.5” x 4.5” bread loaf pan.
2. Whisk eggs, water, and oil in a bowl. Once combined, add bread mix and stir until batter is smooth.
3. Add vinegar and stir until incorporated.
4. Chop up around 8-10 olives (add more or less depending on your preference) and add to the bowl. Optional: add 2 tsp of the olive juice to batter, it creates a bold olive flavor. Stir until combined.
5. Spread dough into loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
