Watermelon Summer Salad | Skin-Loving Ingredients!
Summertime is the perfect time to snack on delicious, healthful, and ultra-hydrating watermelon. Pop it in a salad for an easy lunch or dinner side. Plus, this salad capitalizes on ingredients that are good for your skin. 
Servings: 1 salad
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup baby kale, arugula, or your fave salad greens 
1/2 cup fresh, cubed watermelon
1/4 cup diced onion, soaked in water and drained
2 pieces of cooked, chopped Applegate Naturals Uncured Turkey Bacon
a sprinkle of fresh mint, or cilantro, chopped (optional)
feta cheese or parmesan shavings, crumbled to top
a sprinkle of organic pumpkin seeds to top
Annie's Lemon & Chive Vinaigrette or Field Day Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette to drizzle

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in order from top to bottom!
